Our shop in Bangkok, Thailand, is open from 11:00am to 7:00pm from Monday to Friday.

3 What currency is used for prices and billing?

All prices and fees listed on organicjewelrywholesale.com are based on our Bangkok shop prices that are in thai baht . You can view and order in many different currencies in our online shop and you will be charged and billed according to the currency that you selected while making your order , please note that change rate do go up and down.

4 What type of credit cards do you accept?

We partner with 2checkout.com as our online retailer and they will accept Visa, Master Card, American, Express and Paypal.

5 Do you have a printed catalog, will you mail one to me?

No we dont print catalogs as that would hinder us from adding new products at will.Please contact us to request a C-D catalog. Note we will only send catalogs to customers that has already made a purchase.

6 Will you share my information with anyone else?

No, all information you entrust to us stays with us. It will never be shared with a third party.

7 How can I inquire about the status of my order?

8 Can you supply pictures of your items for me to use on my own webshop?

Yes we can supply pictures (jpg) in any size you want with a white back ground or PSD photos that has no back ground.

9 Is there a minimum order?

Yes we have a 250 US$ (or equivalent in other currencies).

10 How long will my order take?

The wholesale orders exceeding 6,000 US$ to 10,000$ might take up to 8 weeks to complete. For smaller quantity orders, it might take 3-5 days.

11 What can i do if i lost my password?

Simply click on the Forgot your password? link and fill your user ID (email address) and your password will be sent to your email address.

12 My country is not in your list of countries that can be shipped to?

Don't worry! If you can't find your country in our list, all you have to do is to contact us and we'll email you back a shipping charge quotation.

13 I have moved. How do I change my address and other contact info?

You first need to sign in to your account. After doing so, go to 'My Account' and make the changes.

14 How do you ship the goods?

We usually ship by UPS as we have very competitive rates from them. But on request, we also can ship with other services such as FEDEX, DHL, EMS.

16 Can we use your organic piercing or organic jewelry catalog for our customers?

We can supply you with a PDF catalog that has no prices that you can print or download on to a tablet to show your customers (the catalog does not have any of our company info on it).

17 Can i get a discount if i make a large order?

Yes you can get a discount, please contact us to get a discount quotation for your planed order.

18 I got a couple of other questions, how can i contact you and how long will it be before i get an answer?
